Shipping and Backorder Policy

  • Canadian Fulfillment: All orders are fulfilled through our professional Canadian distribution network.
  • No Customs/Duties: Since we ship within Canada, customers will not incur customs or import duties.
  • Processing Time: In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Backorder Timelines: Due to the specialized nature of high-end technical hardware, some items may be placed on backorder. Backordered items typically take 2–3 weeks to restock and ship. We will notify you via email if your order is affected by a manufacturer’s delay.
  • Carriers: We utilize Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

  • 14-Day Window: We offer a 14-day return window for unopened, factory-sealed items.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened software, consumable supplies (e.g., ink/toner), or items with broken seals cannot be returned.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns on specialized hardware may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return Authorization: You must contact contact@cradiz.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping items back.
