Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship nationwide across Canada via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day window for returns on unopened items in their original factory packaging. Please contact us at contact@cradiz.com to initiate a return authorization.

Where do orders ship from

All Cradiz orders are fulfilled through our Canadian distribution network. This ensures your hardware stays within the country and reaches you as quickly as possible.

Will I have to pay customs or duties

No. Since we ship from within Canada to Canadian addresses, the price you see at checkout is the final price.

Out of Stock items

Because we work with premium distribution networks, restocks typically happen every 2–3 weeks. You can sign up for the "Notify Me" alert on the product page to be the first to know when it's back in the hub.

Due to the fast-moving nature of high-end hardware inventory, our formal quotes are valid for 7 days. After this period, we may need to issue a refreshed quote based on current stock and pricing.
